| 12 | 12 | Sec. 504.317. WOMEN VETERANS. The department shall issue | |
| 13 | 13 | specialty license plates for female active or former members of the | |
| 14 | 14 | United States armed forces, Texas National Guard, or Texas State | |
| 15 | 15 | Guard. The license plates must include the words "Women Veterans" | |
| 16 | 16 | in red. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011. |
