 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Loved ones are mourning the loss of Andrew Garcia of
 Waco, who passed away on March 12, 2011, at the age of 76; and
 WHEREAS, "Chito" Garcia was born on November 30, 1934, in
 Otto to Joe Marie and Eulojia Fernandez Garcia; he took great pride
 in his work maintaining the facilities at a local day care and
 brought happiness to others with the warm smile that he always wore
 beneath his ever-present black hat; and
 WHEREAS, Mr. Garcia was the devoted father of 8 children,
 Victoria, Angie, Eva, Rita, Denise, Tony, Michael, and Andrew, and
 over the years, he knew the joy of welcoming 23 grandchildren and 18
 great-grandchildren into his family; and
 WHEREAS, Those fortunate enough to have known Chito Garcia
 will remember the way he touched their lives with his kindness and
 his friendship, and he will forever hold a treasured place in their
 hearts; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Andrew "Chito"
 Garcia and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family:
 to his daughters and sons-in-law, Angie and Randy Guidry, Eva and
 Ray Sisneroz, Rita and Guadalupe Calderon, and Denise Cruz; to his
 sons and daughter-in-law, Michael Garcia and Andrew and Maria
 Garcia; to his sisters, Anita Aguilar, Ophelia Jimenez, and Jovita
 Hernandez; to his brother, Ray Garcia; to his grandchildren and
 great-grandchildren; and to his other relatives and friends; and,
 be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Chito
 Garcia.
