 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the loss of Calistro
 Ramos of Waco, who passed away on March 12, 2011, at the age of 72;
 and
 WHEREAS, Callie Ramos was born in McLennan County on October
 14, 1938, to Antonio and Maxima Vela Ramos; and
 WHEREAS, A multitalented musician, Mr. Ramos also enjoyed
 listening to music, hunting, and fishing; he was a member of the
 Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waco; and
 WHEREAS, Known as a loyal friend and dedicated family man,
 Callie Ramos lived a caring and purposeful life, and he will forever
 be remembered with deep affection by all who held him close to their
 hearts; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Calistro Ramos and
 extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife,
 Irene Ramos; to his children, Freddie Ramos and his wife, Mary,
 Janie Friberg and her husband, Charles, Pat Ramos, Alice Ramos and
 Rody Galindo, Lisa Baisa, Sonya Lozano and her husband, Mike, and
 Priscilla Nino and her husband, Santiago; to his sisters, Lucia
 Olvera, Mary Arjon, Sally Hernandez, Mary Ramos, Beatrice
 Hernandez, Jo Ann Ramos, and Jeanette Ramos; to his brother, Tony
 Ramos; to his 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and to
 his other relatives and friends; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Calistro
 Ramos.
