H.R. No. 1425
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, No words can adequately express the sorrow felt at
the death of Richard Wayne Napier of Mineola, who passed away on
December 23, 2010, at the age of 20; and
WHEREAS, Born on February 13, 1990, Mr. Napier was blessed
with a wide circle of loved ones whose lives he brightened with his
warmth, kindness, and joyful sense of humor; and
WHEREAS, Although Richard Napier will be deeply missed,
memories of this young Texan will forever be cherished by all those
who held him dear; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Richard Wayne Napier
and extend deepest sympathy to his relatives, to his many friends,
and to all who mourn his passing; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Richard
Wayne Napier.
