 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Jennifer Alyssa Naylor and Matthew Aaron Biles have
 announced their intention to marry on July 2, 2011, to the delight
 of all who know them; and
 WHEREAS, The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard D. Naylor, Jr.,
 Alyssa Naylor graduated from Baylor University and currently works
 as a teacher and coach for the New Caney Independent School
 District; Mr. Biles, the son of Cindy Biles and the late Steve
 Biles, earned his bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies
 from The University of Texas at Arlington and is employed as a
 special education teacher and coach at Kingwood Park High School;
 and
 WHEREAS, The marriage of this devoted young couple will bring
 family and friends together on July 16 to share in the joy of this
 memorable event; in celebrating their wedding, Ms. Naylor and
 Mr. Biles are formally acknowledging the deepening of a
 relationship that has grown in love, respect, and mutual regard
 with each passing day, and it is truly a pleasure to honor them as
 they prepare to embark on a rewarding new chapter in their lives;
 now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Jennifer Alyssa Naylor and Matthew
 Aaron Biles on their engagement and extend to them sincere best
 wishes for a lifetime of happiness as husband and wife; and, be it
 further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Ms. Naylor and Mr. Biles as an expression of high
 regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
