H.R. No. 1760
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, It has long been the custom of the House of
Representatives of the State of Texas to honor the children of its
members by electing them to the office of mascot; and
WHEREAS, A roster of mascot candidates eligible for this
special recognition under the rules of this house has been
compiled; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby elect the following children of house members to
the honorary office of mascot:
Addison Anderson, daughter of Representative Rodney
Anderson;
Cannon B. Creighton, son of Representative Brandon
Creighton;
Leila Mathilde Dukes, daughter of Representative Dawnna
Dukes;
Cinco Demi Guillen, daughter of Representative Ryan Guillen;
Victoria Pilar Gutierrez, daughter of Representative Roland
Gutierrez;
Brianna, Ryan, and Dylan Huberty, children of Representative
Dan Huberty;
Landon and Aidan Isaac, children of Representative Jason
Isaac;
Samuel Chamberlain Kuempel and William Behrendt Kuempel,
children of Representative John Kuempel;
Lauren Grace Landtroop, daughter of Representative Jim
Landtroop;
Penelope Lozano and Jose Manuel Lozano III, children of
Representative J. M. Lozano;
Olivia Rose Lucio, daughter of Representative Eddie Lucio
III;
Madison Rose Martinez, daughter of Representative Mando
Martinez;
Camilla Marie Provencio Fischer, daughter of Representative
Trey Martinez Fischer;
Lacey Reynolds, daughter of Representative Ron Reynolds;
Hannah Mercy Simpson and Sophia Elisabeth Simpson, children
of Representative David Simpson; and
Armando Pedro Walle, son of Representative Armando Walle;
and, be it further
RESOLVED, That pictures of the mascots appear on the picture
panel of the Texas House of Representatives and that an official
certificate be prepared for each mascot as a memento of this honor.
