 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, The certain knowledge of a life well lived may
 temper the profound sadness that the death of Esther Hilda
 Schimschat of Waco on April 25, 2011, brings to all who loved her;
 and
 WHEREAS, Born in Riesel to Albert and Ella Obearle on
 December 11, 1922, the former Esther Obearle was joined in marriage
 to Henry Fred Schimschat; the couple shared a rewarding
 relationship of 46 years and became the parents of four children;
 and
 WHEREAS, Mrs. Schimschat was a lifelong member of Friedens
 United Church of Christ, and she demonstrated her faith through her
 concern for others; and
 WHEREAS, Devoted to her family, Esther Schimschat lived a
 caring and purposeful life, and she will forever occupy a treasured
 place in the hearts of those who were privileged to know her; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Esther Hilda
 Schimschat and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her
 family: to her daughters, Marlene Springer and her husband, Louis,
 and Lanell Hart and her husband, Oscar; to her son, Raymond
 Schimschat, and his wife, Patsy; to her brother, Adolph Obearle,
 and his wife, Martha; to her 10 grandchildren, 12
 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and to her
 other relatives and friends; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Esther
 Schimschat.
