H.R. No. 2245
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the loss of Wayne
Roy Neumann, who passed away on April 6, 2011, at the age of 61; and
WHEREAS, Born on September 16, 1949, in Marlin to Walker and
Janie Neumann, Wayne Neumann joined the military in 1969 and served
his country in the United States Army; he later enjoyed a career
specializing in diesel truck and tractor repair and was admired for
the hard work he put into his occupation; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Neumann welcomed his first child, Tina, in 1971,
and his second, James, in 1975; and
WHEREAS, Always willing to help others, Wayne Neumann touched
many lives with his generosity, and he will indeed be greatly
missed; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Wayne Roy Neumann
and extend sincere sympathy to his loved ones; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Wayne
Neumann.
