H.R. No. 2379
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, During the 82nd Legislative Session, Joseph Halbert
has ably served his fellow Texans as a legislative aide in the
office of State Representative Vicki Truitt; and
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Halbert has helped to
prepare bill analyses, tracked bills, handled hearing requests,
fielded calls about legislation, and assisted in preparing
Representative Truitt for the floor each day; his contributions to
carrying forth the representative's legislative agenda have helped
meet the needs of the constituents of District 98; and
WHEREAS, This noteworthy young Texan has performed his duties
as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby commend Joseph Halbert for his service as a
legislative aide in the office of State Representative Vicki Truitt
and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all
his future endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Halbert as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
