H.R. No. 2421
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, During the 82nd Legislative Session, Armen Kevin
Hazarian has ably served his fellow Texans as an intern in the
office of State Representative Tryon Lewis; and
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Hazarian has
contributed to the workings of state government firsthand; in
addition to learning more about the legislative process and the
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State, he has gained
valuable work experience in the field of public service; and
WHEREAS, A graduate of Lake Travis High School, Mr. Hazarian
is studying government at The University of Texas at Austin; he is a
member of the Sons of the American Legion and has been active in the
past as a volunteer firefighter, and he has participated in the
Model United Nations program; and
WHEREAS, This noteworthy young Texan has performed his duties
as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby commend Armen Hazarian for his service as a
legislative intern in the office of State Representative Tryon
Lewis and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in
all his future endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Hazarian as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
