R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, During the 82nd Legislature, Brittany Eck has ably
served her fellow Texans as chief of staff in the office of State
Representative Van Taylor; and
WHEREAS, Over the course of the session, Ms. Eck has provided
vital leadership and assistance in handling a wide variety of
tasks; she has been responsible for office communications,
including the preparation of newsletters for constituents and press
releases for bills, and she has supervised all other office
activities, helping out wherever needed; and
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her
duties as chief of staff with skill and dedication, and she is
indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby commend Brittany Eck for her service as chief of
staff in the office of State Representative Van Taylor and extend to
her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her endeavors;
and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Eck as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
