 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, High school graduation is one of life's pivotal
 milestones, and Natalie Taylor Grisham of Humble is participating
 in that joyful occasion with her graduation from Atascocita High
 School in May 2011; and
 WHEREAS, Ms. Grisham has been a valued member of the school's
 coed varsity cheer squad, which she has led as captain; in addition
 to her selection as Best Female Athlete by her classmates, she was
 twice named All-American Cheerleader, and she plans to continue her
 participation in the sport at The University of Texas, where she
 will cheer with the Orange Squad; and
 WHEREAS, Also excelling academically, Ms. Grisham graduated
 in the top three percent of her class; she has earned recognition as
 an Outstanding English Student and Outstanding White House Student,
 and she has served as an officer with the National Honor Society;
 she plans to earn a degree in psychology at UT; and
 WHEREAS, In all of her endeavors, Ms. Grisham has enjoyed the
 love and support of her parents, Bobby and Lisa Sonnier; and
 WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this
 outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join her family and
 friends in recognizing her as she embarks on a future bright with
 promise; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Natalie Taylor Grisham on the
 occasion of her high school graduation and extend to her sincere
 best wishes for continued success and happiness; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Ms. Grisham as an expression of high regard by the
 Texas House of Representatives.
