H.R. No. 416
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Scott Frost of Atascocita is celebrating his 46th
birthday on February 15, 2011, providing a welcome opportunity to
honor this local businessman; and
WHEREAS, Born in 1965, Mr. Frost went to work for his family's
business, Frost Construction Company, in his early twenties; over
the past two decades, he gained a range of experience and expertise
and, with the recent retirement of his father, was named company
president; and
WHEREAS, When he is not working, Mr. Frost enjoys hunting; he
is also a valued member of Second Baptist Church; and
WHEREAS, In all of his endeavors, he enjoys the love and
support of his wife, Cindy, whom he married in 1984, as well as
their two sons, Christopher and Michael; and
WHEREAS, Scott Frost is respected and admired for his
professional accomplishments and for his contributions to the
community, and it is a pleasure to join his family and friends in
commemorating the 46th anniversary of his birth; now, therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Scott Frost on the occasion of his
46th birthday and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued
success and happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Frost as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
