R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Chester and Clara Lee of Greenville celebrated their
50th wedding anniversary on February 4, 2011, and they may indeed
reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Lee exchanged the vows of matrimony in
Oklahoma in 1961, and over the course of their marriage, they have
found in each other a loving life partner; and
WHEREAS, The Lees count among their blessings a fine family
that includes three children, Sharon Lee Hardaway, Michelle Lee,
and Misty Lee Sao, with whom they share the many special occasions
of life; and
WHEREAS, For half a century, Chester and Clara Lee have
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Chester and Clara Lee on their
golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes
for continued happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Lee as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
