1010 relating to adding certain synthetic stimulants to Penalty Group 2

1212 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1313 SECTION 1. Subsection (a), Section 481.103, Health and
1414 Safety Code, is amended to read as follows:
1515 (a) Penalty Group 2 consists of:
1616 (1) any quantity of the following hallucinogenic
1717 substances, their salts, isomers, and salts of isomers, unless
1818 specifically excepted, if the existence of these salts, isomers,
1919 and salts of isomers is possible within the specific chemical
2020 designation:
2121 alpha-ethyltryptamine;
2222 alpha-methyltryptamine;
2323 4-bromo-2, 5-dimethoxyamphetamine (some trade or
2424 other names: 4-bromo-2, 5-dimethoxy-alpha-methylphenethylamine;
2525 4-bromo-2, 5-DMA);
2626 4-bromo-2, 5-dimethoxyphenethylamine;
2727 Bufotenine (some trade and other names: 3-(beta-
2828 Dimethylaminoethyl)-5-hydroxyindole; 3-(2-dimethylaminoethyl)- 5-
