77 relating to an exemption from the payment of a toll for unmarked

99 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1010 SECTION 1. Subsection (d), Section 362.901, Transportation
1111 Code, is amended to read as follows:
1212 (d) In this section:
1313 (1) "Military vehicle" includes an unmarked military
1414 vehicle operated by military personnel conducting an emergency
1515 preparedness, response, or recovery operation or participating in a
1616 training exercise for an emergency preparedness, response, or
1717 recovery operation. The term does not include a vehicle operated
1818 for personal use.
1919 (2) "Toll[, "toll] project" includes a toll road, toll
2020 highway, turnpike, toll bridge, ferry, or similar project, users of
2121 which are required to pay a toll or fare.
2222 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
2323 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
2424 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
2525 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
2626 Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
