The bill would require the Higher Education Coordinating Board to collect student course data from public institutions of higher education as it pertains to the school district college credit program under Section 28.009 of the Education Code. Provisions of the bill would be implemented within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
