Student social security numbers and names are not currently provided to the Texas Education Agency for physical fitness assessment results. The current vendor would be required convert date of birth entries to age before exporting results to the TEA. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. According to the Texas Education Agency six school districts use locally developed software to provide physical fitness assessment results to the TEA. These districts would be required to modify their internally developed software to convert date of birth to age.
