9	9	relating to the boundaries of the Ingleside Cove Wildlife
10	10	Sanctuary.
11	11	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
12	12	SECTION 1. Section 82.501, Parks and Wildlife Code, is
13	13	amended to read as follows:
14	14	Sec. 82.501. CREATION. The Ingleside Cove Wildlife
15	15	Sanctuary is composed of an area in San Patricio and Nueces counties
16	16	described as follows:
17	17	BEGINNING at Kinney Bayou on the east shoreline of
18	18	Ingleside Cove, also known as North Shore Channel (N 27 50.791, W 97
19	19	13.577);
20	20	THENCE, in a northwesterly direction along the
21	21	shoreline to the channel marker at the location commonly known as
22	22	Donnel Point (N 27 51.593, W 97 14.505);
23	23	THENCE, due northwest crossing the Reynolds Channel to
24	24	the east side of a spoil bank (N 27 51.668, W 97 14.715);
25	25	THENCE, following the eastern edge of this spoil bank in
26	26	a southeasterly direction to its southernmost point (N 27 50.328, W
27	27	97 14.302), continuing southeast crossing Ingleside Cut to the
28	28	north shore of Ingleside Point (N 27 50.231, W 97 14.197);
29	29	THENCE, in an easterly and southeasterly direction
30	30	along the east shoreline following the Reynolds Channel through
31	31	Ingleside Point to the southernmost portion of this cut (N 27
32	32	49.782, W 97 13.782);
33	33	THENCE, due east across the Reynolds Channel to the west
34	34	shoreline of the mainland known as the southernmost portion of
35	35	Ingleside Cove (N 27 49.834, W 97 13.641);
36	36	THENCE, following the shoreline in a northerly
37	37	direction being the east shoreline of Ingleside Cove to the point of
38	38	beginning.
39	39	[BEGINNING at Kinney Bayou on the east shoreline of
40	40	Ingleside Cove, also known as North Shore Channel;
41	41	[THENCE, in a northwesterly direction along the
42	42	shoreline to channel marker number "22" with a flashing red light
43	43	every 4 seconds known as Donnel Point;
44	44	[THENCE, due west crossing the Reynolds Channel to the
45	45	east side of a spoil bank;
46	46	[THENCE, following the eastern edge of this spoil bank
47	47	in a southeasterly direction to its southern most point, continuing
48	48	southeast crossing Ingleside cut to the north shore of Ingleside
49	49	Point;
50	50	[THENCE, in an easterly and southeasterly direction
51	51	along the east shoreline following the Reynolds Channel through
52	52	Ingleside Point to the southern most portion of this cut;
53	53	[THENCE, due east across the Reynolds Channel to the
54	54	west shoreline of the mainland known as the southern most portion of
55	55	Ingleside Cove;
56	56	[THENCE, following the shoreline in a northerly
57	57	direction being the east shoreline of Ingleside Cove to the point of
58	58	beginning.]
59	59	SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
60	60	a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
61	61	provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
62	62	Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
63	63	Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
