                            SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1025
 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
 recognize Oralia Moran, who is retiring June 30, 2011, from the
 Texas Department of Criminal Justice after more than two decades
 of exceptional service to the state; and
 WHEREAS, Oralia Moran joined the Texas Department of
 Criminal Justice in September of 1998 and has served the agency
 with professionalism and distinction; and
 WHEREAS, Throughout her career, she has been noted for her
 superior skills and expertise; and
 WHEREAS, Talented and resourceful, she has handled her
 many duties with exceptional efficiency and dedication; and
 WHEREAS, An exemplary employee, she is respected and
 admired by her colleagues, and her presence at the Texas
 Department of Criminal Justice will be greatly missed; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd
 Legislature, hereby commend Oralia Moran on her exceptional
 service to the people of Texas as an employee of the Texas
 Department of Criminal Justice and extend to her best wishes for
 the retirement years ahead; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
 her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
