                            SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1051
 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
 recognize Beverly Kishpaugh for her outstanding service to
 Texans for Lawsuit Reform and her exemplary leadership in the
 organization's speaker's bureau; and
 WHEREAS, Beverly Kishpaugh helped establish the speaker's
 bureau for Texans for Lawsuit Reform and created a team of
 committed and informed supporters who have given more than 1,500
 speeches throughout the state to gain support for lawsuit reform
 in Texas; and
 WHEREAS, Her efforts have led to the creation of a network
 of supporters that is more than 17,000 strong; her incredible
 work ethic and her devotion to serving others has been
 inspirational to her colleagues; and
 WHEREAS, Beverly Kishpaugh has demonstrated exceptional
 dedication and perseverance in every project she undertakes, and
 her many achievements attest to her effectiveness; she has
 diligently worked for a number of state leaders, including
 Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst, and Senators Jane Nelson and
 Florence Shapiro; and
 WHEREAS, She has long been a leading grassroots organizer
 and a committed advocate of conservative principles and
 policies; she is a talented and highly regarded individual with a
 reputation for fairness, integrity, and patriotism; an exemplary
 role model, she inspires others through her actions every day;
 now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd
 Legislature, hereby commend Beverly Kishpaugh for her many
 accomplishments and her many contributions to Texans for Lawsuit
 Reform and extend to her best wishes for continued success in all
 her future endeavors; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
 her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
