SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 922
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize BDI on the occasion of its 100th anniversary, which is
being celebrated May 5, 2011; and
WHEREAS, BDI is the trade name of the Donegan Insurance
Agency, Incorporated; this exemplary company offers security
through quality insurance products, mortgage lending, and other
professional and financial services; and
WHEREAS, BDI has for 100 years been committed to its
clients, providing state-of-the-art customized insurance
programs; its agents place service at the top of their priorities
and strive to address the evolving insurance service and product
needs of their customers by developing and maintaining mutually
beneficial long-term business and personal relationships built
on a foundation of trust and respect; and
WHEREAS, In addition to its exemplary record of business
success, BDI plays an active role in the civic life of
communities in the San Antonio-Austin corridor; this exceptional
agency is truly deserving of recognition for its legacy of
quality and service; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd
Legislature, hereby commend BDI on its dedication to customer
service over the course of 100 years and extend to its management
and agents best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
this outstanding company as an expression of esteem from the
Texas Senate.
