HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 7 has been adopted by the senate and
the house of representatives; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, 1st
Called Session, That the enrolling clerk of the senate be
instructed to make the following correction to Senate Bill No. 7
(corrected conference committee report printing):
In SECTION 16.01 of the bill (page 185, line 22), between "of
any required" and "and execution of any necessary contract", insert
"waivers or state plan amendments, and the preparati
on".
