| 13 | 13 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 15 | 15 | | Code, is amended by adding Chapter 5202 to read as follows: |

| 16 | 16 | | CHAPTER 5202. NUECES COUNTY ROAD DISTRICT NO. 4 |

| 17 | 17 | | SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS |

| 18 | 18 | | Sec. 5202.001. DEFINITION. In this chapter, "district" |

| 19 | 19 | | means the Nueces County Road District No. 4. |

| 20 | 20 | | SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT POWERS |

| 21 | 21 | | Sec. 5202.051. AUTHORITY TO LEASE OR SELL LAND. The |

| 22 | 22 | | district may lease or sell land that is no longer used for district |

| 23 | 23 | | purposes. |

| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |

| 25 | 25 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
