                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 83RD LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            April 17, 2013      TO: Honorable Garnet Coleman, Chair, House Committee on County Affairs      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1442 by Fletcher (Relating to the authority of a county to deposit fees collected by a county bail bond board in a separate county fund.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Occupations Code to require a county bail bond board to deposit fees collected into a separate county fund established for that purpose. Under current statute, the fees must be deposited into the county's general fund. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
