The bill would amend the Election Code relating to eligibility requirements for election officers. It would also require the Secretary of State to create a form of identification to be worn by the election officer during the officers hours of service at the polling place. SOS indicated that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the agencys existing resources. The bill would amend the Election Code relating to eligibility requirements for election officers.
