The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the possession of stamps indicating the payment of taxes by certain permittees. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
