13 | 13 | SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 15, Election Code, is | |
14 | 14 | amended by adding Section 15.086 to read as follows: | |
15 | 15 | Sec. 15.086. INTERNET ACCESS TO SUSPENSE INFORMATION. Any | |
16 | 16 | Internet website maintained by the secretary of state that permits | |

18 | 18 | to the extent practicable, indicate if the person is or may be on | |
19 | 19 | the suspense list. | |
