9	9	relating to the expansion of the boundaries of the Cibolo Creek
10	10	Municipal Authority.
11	11	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
12	12	SECTION 1. Section 4, Chapter 347, Acts of the 62nd
13	13	Legislature, Regular Session, 1971, is amended to read as follows:
14	14	Sec. 4. The district shall comprise all of the territory
15	15	contained within the following described area:
16	16	BEGINNING: At a point in Southerly right-of-way line of
17	17	Lookout Road, and being at the Northeasterly cut back of
18	18	Toepperwein Road and being a Northwesterly corner of the Nejon Inc.
19	19	tract as recorded in Volume 9633, Page 621 of the Official Public
20	20	Records of Bexar County, Texas;
21	21	THENCE: With the Southerly right-of-way line of Lookout Road,
22	22	an approximate total distance of 3536 feet to a point feet for the
23	23	most Westerly corner of the Live Oak JV tract of land as recorded in
24	24	Volume 6308, Page 1362 of the Official Public Records of Bexar
25	25	County, Texas;
26	26	THENCE: Departing the Southerly line of Lookout Road and
27	27	across said Lookout Road with a curve to the right, in a
28	28	Northeasterly direction, an approximate distance of 846 feet a
29	29	point for Northwesterly flare corner of Lookout Road and said FM

1455	1455	under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, and Chapter 313,
1456	1456	Government Code.
1457	1457	(b) The governor, one of the required recipients, has
1458	1458	submitted the notice and Act to the Texas Commission on
1459	1459	Environmental Quality.
1460	1460	(c) The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has filed
1461	1461	its recommendations relating to this Act with the governor, the
1462	1462	lieutenant governor, and the speaker of the house of
1463	1463	representatives within the required time.
1464	1464	(d) All requirements of the constitution and laws of this
1465	1465	state and the rules and procedures of the legislature with respect
1466	1466	to the notice, introduction, and passage of this Act are fulfilled
1467	1467	and accomplished.
1468	1468	SECTION 3. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
1469	1469	a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
1470	1470	provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
1471	1471	Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
1472	1472	Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
