A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to additional periods of possession of or access to a child
after conclusion of a parent's military deployment.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 153.3162, Family Code, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
