 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
 death of Jack David Ledkins of Mineola on March 6, 2013, at the age
 of 74; and
 WHEREAS, The son of Hamilton and Genievive Ledkins, Jack
 Ledkins was born on June 23, 1938, in Peterman, Alabama; he married
 Patsy Ledkins, and they shared five and a half decades of devoted
 matrimony that was further enriched by the addition of three sons,
 David, Daniel, and Mark; and
 WHEREAS, Active in his community, Mr. Ledkins was a past
 president of the Rotary Club in Lindale and Mineola; and
 WHEREAS, Although Jack Ledkins will be deeply missed,
 cherished memories of time spent in his company will long endure in
 the hearts of all those who knew him; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Jack David Ledkins and
 extend deepest sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife,
 Patsy Ledkins; to his three sons, David Ledkins and his wife, Susan,
 Daniel Ledkins and his wife, Wendy, and Mark Ledkins and his wife,
 Alisa; to his brother, Felix Ledkins and his wife, Lorraine; to his
 sisters-in-law, Margaret Smith and Sue Price; to his seven
 grandchildren; and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it
 further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Jack
 Ledkins.
