H.R. No. 2724
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Mike Shaw Toyota was presented the Toyota
President's Award on May 7, 2013; and
WHEREAS, The highest honor that a dealership can receive, the
Toyota President's Award goes to businesses that exemplify the
company's highest standards in all areas of operation; to qualify,
a dealership must excel in customer sales and service satisfaction
as well as parts volume; and
WHEREAS, Serving the Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Victoria,
Alice, Robstown, Portland, Mathis, Beeville, Rockport, Sinton,
Aransas Pass, and The Valley communities, Mike Shaw Toyota was
lauded for fostering an excellent customer experience; and
WHEREAS, Locally owned and operated businesses play a vital
role in the prosperity of the Lone Star State, and those enterprises
that build a record of dependability and quality, such as Mike Shaw
Toyota, are positive assets to their communities; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Mike Shaw Toyota on its receipt of
the Toyota President's Award and extend to everyone associated with
the company sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mike Shaw Toyota as a
n expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
