| 12 | 12 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 13 | 13 | | SECTION 1. Section 2303.052, Government Code, is amended to |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | read as follows: |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Sec. 2303.052. BANK REPORT REGARDING PROGRAM. The bank |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | must include the following information regarding the enterprise |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | zone program in the report required by Section 489.107: |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | (1) an evaluation of the effectiveness of the program; |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | (2) a description of the use of state and local |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | incentives under this chapter and their effect on revenue; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | (3) an analysis of the performance of each individual |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | enterprise project, compiled from information obtained under |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | Sections 2303.205 and 2303.504(c); and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | (4) [(3)] suggestions for legislation with regard to |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | the program. |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
