| 12 | 12 | (e) The department may authorize an entity described by | |
| 13 | 13 | Subsection (a), including a driver education school described by | |
| 14 | 14 | Section 521.1655, to administer the examination required by Section | |
| 15 | 15 | 521.161(b)(2). | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
