7	7	relating to the expansion of the boundaries of the Cibolo Creek
8	8	Municipal Authority.
9	9	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
10	10	SECTION 1. Section 4, Chapter 347, Acts of the 62nd
11	11	Legislature, Regular Session, 1971, is amended to read as follows:
12	12	Sec. 4. The district shall comprise all of the territory
13	13	contained within the following described area:
14	14	BEGINNING: At a point in Southerly right-of-way line of
15	15	Lookout Road, and being at the Northeasterly cut back of
16	16	Toepperwein Road and being a Northwesterly corner of the Nejon Inc.
17	17	tract as recorded in Volume 9633, Page 621 of the Official Public
18	18	Records of Bexar County, Texas;
19	19	THENCE: With the Southerly right-of-way line of Lookout Road,
20	20	an approximate total distance of 3536 feet to a point feet for the
21	21	most Westerly corner of the Live Oak JV tract of land as recorded in
22	22	Volume 6308, Page 1362 of the Official Public Records of Bexar
23	23	County, Texas;
24	24	THENCE: Departing the Southerly line of Lookout Road and
25	25	across said Lookout Road with a curve to the right, in a
26	26	Northeasterly direction, an approximate distance of 846 feet a
27	27	point for Northwesterly flare corner of Lookout Road and said FM
28	28	Loop 1604 East bound access Road, and being the Southeast corner of

1455	1455	(b) The governor, one of the required recipients, has
1456	1456	submitted the notice and Act to the Texas Commission on
1457	1457	Environmental Quality.
1458	1458	(c) The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has filed
1459	1459	its recommendations relating to this Act with the governor, the
1460	1460	lieutenant governor, and the speaker of the house of
1461	1461	representatives within the required time.
1462	1462	(d) All requirements of the constitution and laws of this
1463	1463	state and the rules and procedures of the legislature with respect
1464	1464	to the notice, introduction, and passage of this Act are fulfilled
1465	1465	and accomplished.
1466	1466	SECTION 3. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
1467	1467	a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
1468	1468	provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
1469	1469	Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
1470	1470	Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
