A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the availability of money from the economic
stabilization fund to be used for the purposes of projects in the
state water plan.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The amount of $1.6 billion from the economic
stabilization fund is available for use by the Texas Water
Development Board for the purposes of funding projects in the state
water plan during the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1,
2013.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
