The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to modify the definition of an entity that is eligible to be issued a manufacturers agents warehousing permit. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
