| 15 | 15 | functions that are involved in the development of social skills and | |
| 16 | 16 | language, as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual | |
| 17 | 17 | (DSM-5), 5th[, 4th] Edition. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
