| 9 | 9 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 10 | 10 | | SECTION 1. The following provisions of the Alcoholic |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | Beverage Code are repealed: |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | (1) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 34.04; |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | (2) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 48.04; |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | (3) Subsections (b), (c), and (d), Section 201.07; |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | (4) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 201.43; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | (5) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 203.03. |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | SECTION 2. Subsection (c), Section 466.355, Government |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | Code, is repealed. |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | SECTION 3. The following provisions of the Tax Code are |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | repealed: |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | (1) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 151.401; |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | (2) Subsection (b), Section 151.402; |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | (3) Subsections (a-1), (a-2), (a-3), and (a-4), |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Section 162.113; |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | (4) Subsections (a-1), (a-2), (a-3), and (a-4), |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Section 162.214; |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | (5) Subsection (b), Section 162.503; |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | (6) Subsection (b), Section 162.504; and |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | (7) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 183.023. |

| 30 | 30 | | SECTION 4. (a) This Act takes effect immediately if it |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | Except as provided by Subsection (b) of this section, if this Act |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this Act |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | has no effect. |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | (b) If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | immediate effect, Section 2 of this Act takes effect September 1, |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 2013. |
