66 AN ACT
77 relating to the remittance dates of certain taxes and fees and the
88 allocation dates of certain state money.
99 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1010 SECTION 1. The following provisions of the Alcoholic
1111 Beverage Code are repealed:
1212 (1) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 34.04;
1313 (2) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 48.04;
1414 (3) Subsections (b), (c), and (d), Section 201.07;
1515 (4) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 201.43; and
1616 (5) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 203.03.
1717 SECTION 2. Subsection (c), Section 466.355, Government
1818 Code, is repealed.
1919 SECTION 3. The following provisions of the Tax Code are
2020 repealed:
2121 (1) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 151.401;
2222 (2) Subsection (b), Section 151.402;
2323 (3) Subsections (a-1), (a-2), (a-3), and (a-4),
2424 Section 162.113;
2525 (4) Subsections (a-1), (a-2), (a-3), and (a-4),
2626 Section 162.214;
2727 (5) Subsection (b), Section 162.503;
2828 (6) Subsection (b), Section 162.504; and
2929 (7) Subsections (c), (d), and (e), Section 183.023.
3030 SECTION 4. (a) This Act takes effect immediately if it
3131 receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each
3232 house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution.
3333 Except as provided by Subsection (b) of this section, if this Act
3434 does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this Act
3535 has no effect.
3636 (b) If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for
3737 immediate effect, Section 2 of this Act takes effect September 1,
3838 2013.
