A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to limitations on the percentage of money awarded by the
Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas for certain uses.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 102.203(e), Health and Safety Code, is
amended to read as follows:
(e) Not more than 15 [10] percent of the money awarded under
this subchapter may be used for cancer prevention and control
programs during any year.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
