CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1003 has been adopted by the senate
and the house of representatives; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 83rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the
following corrections in the SECTION of the bill that provides for
an expiration date of the Act:
(1) Strike:
"This Act expires February 1, 2015."
(2) Substitute:
"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b) of this section,
this Act expires February 1, 2015.
(b) This section does not apply to Section 203.016, Human
Resources Code, as added by this Act."
