SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 67
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize Park Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation on the occasion
of its grand opening under new ownership, which is being
celebrated with a ceremony on January 24, 2013; and
WHEREAS, Park Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation has served
the people of Greenville since 1967, providing 24-hour care to
those who can no longer care for themselves due to physical,
emotional, or other conditions; and
WHEREAS, Under the leadership of its new management
company, Creative Solutions in Healthcare, this exceptional
facility has recently undergone extensive renovations, enlarged
its staff, and added new technology in order to better fulfill
its mission of meeting the needs of its residents and treating
them with respect, compassion, and dignity within a caring
community; and
WHEREAS, Park Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation has provided
the people of Greenville with outstanding care for nearly half a
century, and it is truly fitting that it be recognized as it
enters this new chapter in its history; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 83rd
Legislature, hereby commend Park Haven Nursing and
Rehabilitation on its legacy of exemplary care and extend to its
staff and residents best wishes for a memorable grand opening
under new ownership; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared in
honor of this special occasion.
