SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 736
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize the employees of Crescent Real Estate Holdings, which
recently received a 2012 National Commercial Real Estate
Customer Service Award for Excellence; and
WHEREAS, Based in Fort Worth, this prestigious company has
earned top honors every year that it has participated in the
customer survey, which is conducted by CEL and Associates and
recognizes companies for their ongoing commitment to superior
service; 2012 marks the ninth time that Crescent Real Estate
Holdings has received the award; and
WHEREAS, In the survey, a real estate company's customers
are asked to rate their experiences when conducting business with
the firm and to quantify their satisfaction with building
features, appearance, and condition and staff performance in
building operations, maintenance, and leasing; and
WHEREAS, Crescent Real Estate Holdings and its
subsidiaries own or manage 25 office buildings in Fort Worth,
Dallas, Houston, Denver, and Las Vegas; the company also holds
investments in resort residential developments in Scottsdale,
Vail Valley, and Lake Tahoe; and
WHEREAS, Over the years, this company and its team of
outstanding professionals have cultivated a reputation for
excellence; it is fitting, then, that their accomplishments be
duly recognized; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 83rd
Legislature, hereby commend the proprietors and employees of
Crescent Real Estate Holdings for receiving a 2012 National
Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
this exceptional organization as an expression of high regard
from the Texas Senate.
