SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 66
WHEREAS, When they married many years ago, Frank and Ann
Mignoli placed great faith and trust in one another, and they
have been amply rewarded, as they recently celebrated their
50th wedding anniversary; and
WHEREAS, Frank Joseph Mignoli and Ann Helen Ellsworth
married in Saint Philomena Catholic Church in East Cleveland,
Ohio, on June 1, 1963; and
WHEREAS, This loving couple met on a train returning to
college in the spring of 1961; the world has changed considerably
since they first crossed paths, yet Mr. and Mrs. Mignoli have
cherished traditional family and moral values that have
strengthened their timeless union; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Mignoli have been blessed with a
wonderful family; their children, Michael Douglas, Andrea Lynn,
and Christine Michele, have been a source of immense pride and
joy; and
WHEREAS, The long and happy union of this distinguished
couple is truly an inspiration to us all; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 83rd
Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby extend sincere
congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mignoli on their 50th
wedding anniversary; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
them as a memento of this special day in their lives.
