                            SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 94
 In Memory
 of
 Yancie J. Tolbert II
 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas joins the
 citizens of Baytown in mourning the loss of Yancie J. Tolbert II,
 who died May 17, 2013, at the age of 34; and
 WHEREAS, Yancie Tolbert was an exemplary gentleman who
 never met a stranger and was beloved by all who knew him; and
 WHEREAS, Yancie was born August 20, 1978, in Tucson,
 Arizona; he grew up in Colstrip, Montana, and moved to Texas in
 1998; he was married to his wife, Tiffany, for 13 years, and the
 couple was blessed with two children, Tommy and Cameron; and
 WHEREAS, He was a great conversationalist, and he took much
 pleasure in spending time with his friends and family; he was an
 avid motorcyclist and a fan of mixed martial arts, football,
 music, and movies; devoted to his family, he loved coaching his
 son's sports teams and talking with his young daughter; and
 WHEREAS, A man of courage, strength, and compassion, he
 gave unselfishly to others, and his charismatic personality, his
 devotion to his extended family, and his enthusiasm for living
 each day to the fullest will not be forgotten; and
 WHEREAS, Yancie Tolbert was a source of strength and joy to
 those who were privileged to share in his life, and he leaves
 behind memories that will be treasured forever by his family and
 countless friends; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 83rd
 Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby extend sincere
 condolences to the bereaved family of Yancie J. Tolbert II; and,
 be it further
 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
 his family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas
 Senate, and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in
 memory of Yancie Tolbert.
