A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the creation of an additional judicial district
composed of Ector County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 24, Government Code, is
amended by adding Section 24.590 to read as follows:
Sec. 24.590. 446TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (ECTOR COUNTY). The
446th Judicial District is composed of Ector County.
SECTION 2. The 446th Judicial District is created on the
effective date of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
