The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the dispensing of aesthetic pharmaceuticals by physicians and therapeutic optometrists; imposing fees.  Based on information provided by the Texas Medical Board and the Optometry Board, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
