| 9 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Not later than the 90th day of the state fiscal | |
| 11 | 11 | year beginning September 1, 2015, the comptroller shall transfer 50 | |
| 12 | 12 | percent of the unappropriated and unencumbered balance of the Texas | |
| 13 | 13 | emerging technology fund to the credit of the Texas Enterprise | |
| 14 | 14 | Fund. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives | |
| 16 | 16 | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as | |
| 17 | 17 | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this | |
| 18 | 18 | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this | |
| 19 | 19 | Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
