| 11 | 11 | (a) Except as provided in Sections 105.02, 105.03, 105.04, | |
| 12 | 12 | and 105.08, no person may sell, offer for sale, or deliver any | |
| 13 | 13 | liquor: | |
| 14 | 14 | (1) on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas | |
| 15 | 15 | Day; | |
| 16 | 16 | (2) on Sunday; [or] | |
| 17 | 17 | (3) before 9 [10] a.m. or after 9 p.m. on Saturday; or | |
| 18 | 18 | (4) before 10 a.m. or after 9 p.m. on any other day. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
