| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 23.75, Tax Code, is amended by adding | |
| 11 | 11 | Subsection (g-1) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (g-1) If the chief appraiser requests that an applicant | |
| 13 | 13 | submit a written management plan as part of the application or makes | |
| 14 | 14 | such a request as part of a request for additional information under | |
| 15 | 15 | Section 23.79, the chief appraiser must provide the applicant with | |
| 16 | 16 | a comprehensive list of the public and private entities that | |
| 17 | 17 | provide professional forest management services to owners of land | |
| 18 | 18 | located in the appraisal district. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect January 1, 2016. |
